An intimate fine lunch experience with unique cocktail pairing
On Saturday, November 9th, Chef Aram Mardigian is paying tribute to the seafood season by hosting a 3-course taster lunch. The event starts at 1:30 PM with a unique cocktail creation by Anthony Santiago.
After that, Chef Mardigian will dish up Oysters with a dragon fruit and scallop mix to whet guests’ appetite. And to make sure the appetizer goes down well they’re paired with a Japanese cucumber tequila drink.
The second course of the meal sounds delicious too. It consists of a crab and lobster ceviche served with tomatillo salsa. And this course is accompanied by a tasty cocktail as well.
And for the final course Chef Aram, spared no expenses with its pastrami and steak tartar. A delicious gin and honey syrup cocktail accompany this dish too.
