In fact, they’ve pioneered many new slot mechanics as well as cutting-edge BI tools. Not to mention that NetEnt revolutionized Live Casino games on Smartphone! But all is not sunshine and rainbows at NetEnt these days. In fact, the chances are you’ve already heard that NetEnt sacked their CEO Per Eriksson in March for poor company performances. More Changes in NetEnt Senior management.
In a recent press release, NetEnt announced that Christian Lindhoff is now to acting chief games development officer. That is after the departure of chief development officer Åsa Bredin. For now, we understand that Berdin is joining the rank of the mobile game developer Kings. Furthermore, in the same press release, NetEnt confirmed that Ludvig Kolmodin is now the new chief technology officer. Without a doubt, it’s an excellent move from interim CEO Teresa Hillman. Indeed, Kolmodin has long proved his loyalty to the brand since he’s been working there for nine years. What’s more is that he once held the role of head of operations and interim CTO. So, there’s no doubt he’s got all the experience needed to excel in the job. Furthermore, he’ll help NetEnt deliver even more great games and technological advancement.
For now, one can only hope that the musical chair game is over at NetEnt. But the chances are there are still more changes to come. In fact, NetEnt is recruiting for a new CEO as Teresa Hillman is sitting on both the CFO and CEO chair. Let’s hope all these changes will make for a cohesive team and even better games.
