Hard Rock Casino AC in Atlantic City – 10 great shows to not miss
It almost feels like a decade has passed since Hard Rock’s president Joe Lupo took over the old Taj and brought it into this millennium. And with this colossal move came a promise to bring even more entertainment to Atlantic City.
It’s now been over 3 years since Hard Rock claimed its stake in America’s favorite playground. And true to his word, the Hard Rock is gearing up to a summer of fun. Indeed, they’ve added 10 new shows to their lineup. So how is the Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City planning to entertain patrons and visitors of boomtown? Let’s find out more about Hard Rock Casino AC now.
Darius Rucker at the Hard Rock Casino AC in Atlantic City
There are only 4 days left until Darius Rucker comes to town. And while the Hard Rock admits the tickets for the Etess Arena are setting quickly. There are still some left to attend to the performance of the ex Hootie & the Blowfish lead singer. The ticket prices start from $117 for row B in section 311. And to sit in section 207 in the middle rows, it’s $781 per head you’ll need to fork out. The show starts at 8 PM, and it’s only the first out of 4 the Hard Rock added to its summer schedule at the Etess Arena.
Even more show at the Etess Arena this summer
Besides Darius Rucker on June 26th, it’s worth knowing that other legends will perform at the venue. Notedly on August 7th, the Counting Crows will rock the stage for a Saturday to remember. Then on August 13th, it’ll be Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons to entertain patrons from 8 PM onwards. The last show the Hard Rock added on the Etess’ agenda is Earth, Wind & Fire. This one is a 2 days’ event and would be an excellent pre-Xmas gift since the show is on December 3 and 4th.
6 new shows at the Hard Rock Casino AC Sound Waves
The Etess’ Arena may be the Hard Rock’s largest scene. However, the Sound Waves can accommodate large crowds too. Yet the venue is perhaps better suited for stand-up comedy, as we’ll see on Friday, July 30th, when Joe Gatto hits the stage.
After that, the Hard Rock added two more summer shows. Bell Biv DeVoe on Friday, August 27th, and OAR on Saturday, August 28th. Both shows start at 8 PM. So you’ll have plenty of time to eat out. And, of course, share an evening to remember with family or friends.
The last shows the hotel and casino added to the Sound Waves scene will occur in September, November, and December. And this time, it’ll be En Vogue, The Psychedelic Furs, and Pasquale Esposito that’ll jump on stage to entertain crowds.
Other great events not to miss
There’s much to love about Hard Rock’s lineup. Indeed, many big names will visit the city long after the shores have said goodbye to their last visitors.
Indeed, this September, October, and November, it seems that many Hollywood’s A-listers will call Atlantic City home for a few nights. For example, Guns N’ Roses will perform at the Etess on 11-12th September. Then on October 29th, it’s Pitbull that’ll take the stage of the venue by storm.
But make sure you check out the Hard Rock schedule on their site. Or you can ask for additional information in the hall by the check-in desk. Truly you won’t want to miss Alicia Keys, Bill Burr, and Rod Stewart’s show, wouldn’t you. Tickets are on sale now, so think about booking today by visiting the Hard Rock. Remember to ask how you can use your loyalty points to get a better seat, and time will tell if they can also be redeemed for exciting perks at the casino such as spins on the slots.
