Another important agreement between 2 powerhouses surfaced in New Jersey last week. Indeed, sports prediction games specialist SportCaller (SC) inked a deal that’ll provide FanDuel with a range of its free-to-play (FTP) games.
Beginning in March, Paddy Power Betfair’s FanDuel will launch a series of FTP games for its customers. All this comes to light just in time for the NCAA March Madness men’s basketball tournament. Also, this partnership helps SC further its expansion plans in the US as we’ll explain below.
Unlocking A New Market
First, SC already supplies its Super 8 and Super 5 games to Betfair’s TVG brand. Not to mention, they work with several clients across all continents! Plus, they have partnerships with William Hill, GVC, Betfair, MoPlay, Lottoland, and now FanDuel. And all agree on one thing, new customers who play FTP games first will likely become more valuable and active than those who come from other sources.
According to FanDuel’s Sportsbook Product VP Lorcan Kelly, “SC has been a great partner for the Betfair Group. So, it’s an exciting time for us to be teaming up with them for March Madness. The relationship further elevates our growing set of FTP games. We look forward to adding more as new sporting events come up on the calendar.” So as one can see, this is only the beginning for the two companies.
Driving Player Activity
After all the success Betfair experienced worldwide, it’s likely this partnership will reach new heights in the months to come. SC’s Managing Director Cillian Barry also expressed excitement to see their game offerings include a much wider range of betting on US sports and events. The March Madness FTP games will further assist FanDuel’s ongoing commitment to bringing its players’ fresh games and jackpot formats. Ultimately, this will increase activity and player-engagement across all platforms and devices.
