Bon Appétit

First, we’d like to send a big thanks to Borgata’s Director of Restaurants, Aspasia Bournousouzis! In fact, she leads several employees, and her goal is to create the best customer service experience possible. Plus, she’s great at that! When asked how she impacts the people around her she said. “I try to lead by example and show compassion to people and their situations.”

Second, we’d like to give a big thank you to Meetings Manager, Karen Peters! This outstanding woman represents Borgata’s five top-notch, fine dining restaurants seven days a week! So, in terms of dedication, Karen wears the crown! When asked what her definition of success is, she had this to say, “To me, it is not about financial gain, personal possessions, or a job title. I believe you have achieved success when you reach a point in your life where you are comfortable in your own skin…”Celebrating Women’s History Month at the Borgata

Women Rule at the Borgata

We’d love to introduce all the women at the Borgata Casino in great depth, but then we’d be here all day! However, we don’t want to leave anyone out, so we’ll keep it short and extend our thanks to Catering Manager Allison Diamond and Beverage Server Breeanna Monachelli. Also, a special salute to Vice President of Food and Beverage, Becky Schultz. Plus, another huge thank you to Director of Spa Operations, Jennifer Aarons. Without all these amazing women, the Borgata would just be another resort. Luckily, that’s not the case here, never has been and never will be!
