AC’s Hard Rock Will Open on June 28th!

AC’s Hard Rock Will Open on June 28th! It’s official! Atlantic City’s new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will open its doors on June 28th.

The date was announced at three simultaneous press conferences last Wednesday, April 18th. These conferences took place at the Hard Rock Cafes in Philadelphia, NYC and the preview center at Tanger Outlets in Atlantic City. They also announced the Hard Rock’s exciting entertainment line-up.AC's Hard Rock Will Open on June 28th!

According to Hard Rock’s Chairman and CEO, Jim Allen, the phones started ringing off the hook right after the announcement. People are already making reservations to stay at the high-end resort. They’re also booking tickets for some of the 300 upcoming concerts and events.

These include a long list of A-list artists and epic bands. Third Eye Blind, Stone Temple Pilots, Kid Rock and many more will take the stage. Guests can also grab seats for headlining comedians, including Howie Mandel, who will also have his own comedy club.

All that entertainment can offer

According to the launch press release, the hotel will continue with its music theme. What’s more, it will boast unique culinary experiences, superstar performances, sporting events and a beach bar. Its spectacular casino will be complete. It will have more than 2,100 slot machines and 120 table games. What’s more, during last week’s press conference journalists could view designs for the casino’s main floor.

The legendary rock-star attitude

In May 2017, Hard Rock International bought the former Trump Taj Mahal for $50 million. Without a doubt, this is nothing compared to the $1.2 billion Donald Trump spent to create the resort in 1990.

Jim Allen shares his excitement. “When we announced that we were going to step in the AC gaming market, we had a different viewpoint. It’s not about gaming; it’s about entertainment.”

Now, we’re impatient to know when the Hard Rock will open their online casino. Until now no official announcements were made. We’ll keep you posted once we hear anything on that front.
